Our firm has protected the interests of its clients via coverage opinions and litigation involving a myriad of managed care issues. This includes the extent to which business risks are covered under professional liability policies, the relatedness of various claims, the application of various exclusions, and the state of the insured's knowledge of these risks prior to, or at the time the insurance was purchased. We also frequently assist our clients in disputes concerning defense counsel fees.
