- Practice has included coverage opinions, the drafting of policy wordings and endorsements, and coverage litigation.
- Has conducted extensive claim investigations and negotiated claim settlements.
- Practice has included the investigation and resolution of numerous complex bond claims involving financial institutions and commercial entities.
- Has represented insurers’ interests in connection with a wide variety of professional liability claims, as well as various employment-related disputes, including claims of discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination.
