    • Coverage and monitoring counsel for insurers on professional liability insurance programs designed for a wide variety of professionals, including judges, arbitrators, mediators, attorneys, polygraphists, handwriting experts, district attorneys, public defenders, and other professionals.
    • Represented domestic and global insurers and reinsurers in reinsurance coverage disputes.
    • Published a 600-page treatise, “Domain Name Disputes,” through Aspen Law & Business. His treatise has been cited in numerous Internet domain name arbitration decisions.
    • Rendered coverage advice on large and complex liability and first-party property claims, representing cedents or reinsurers in reinsurance lawsuits and arbitrations. Subject matters include reinsurance claims, contexts, and issues (e.g., retrocession, long-tail casualty, run-off, insolvency, XPL, rescission, catastrophe, asbestos, pollution, life & disability, first-party property, mining, 9/11, Enron, breast implant and pharmaceuticals).
    • Certified by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) as one of WIPO’s designated panelists for Internet domain name disputes, and served as arbitrator or presiding panelist in 600 cases.
