Rendered coverage advice on large and complex liability and first-party property claims, representing cedents or reinsurers in reinsurance lawsuits and arbitrations. Subject matters include reinsurance claims, contexts, and issues (e.g., retrocession, long-tail casualty, run-off, insolvency, XPL, rescission, catastrophe, asbestos, pollution, life & disability, first-party property, mining, 9/11, Enron, breast implant and pharmaceuticals).
Certified by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) as one of WIPO’s designated panelists for Internet domain name disputes, and served as arbitrator or presiding panelist in 600 cases.
