Subject matters include reinsurance claims, contexts, and issues (e.g., retrocession, long-tail casualty, run-off, insolvency, XPL, rescission, catastrophe, asbestos, pollution, life & disability, first-party property, mining, 9/11, Enron, breast implant and pharmaceuticals).
• Certified by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) as one of WIPO’s designated panelists for Internet domain name disputes, and served as arbitrator or presiding panelist in 600 cases.
