Alice Ye  Associate Alice Ye concentrates her practice in insurance coverage and defense, particularly with respect to professional liability , directors and officers’ liability, employment practices liability, and fidelity bond insurance coverage. Ms. Ye represents insurance clients nationwide, and provides thorough investigation, analysis and counseling services in complex coverage matters. Ms. Ye also has experience in commercial general liability coverage, and has advised clients on a wide range of complex coverage matters under CGL policies.
