Mr. Greenberg concentrates his practice in fidelity bond, professional liability, directors and officers’ liability and employment practices liability insurance coverage, providing nationwide investigation, analysis and counseling for insurers on issues involving the mortgage and banking industries, medical and legal liability, and corporate liability matters. He has successfully negotiated the resolution of numerous claim and coverage disputes on behalf of insurers.

Mr. Greenberg has litigated in both the federal and state courts, various administrative agencies and argued before the First District of the Illinois Appellate Court. In addition to his coverage practice, he is a speaker on insurance and liability issues, and has presented seminars for the University of Chicago Hospitals, Cook County Chiropractic Society and various Chicago Bar Association committees.

Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University, Tempe, Arizona (1988)
J.D. degree from The John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois (1993), where he served as Articles Editor on the Editorial Board for the Software Law Journal, now known as The Journal of Computer and Information Law

Admitted to the Illinois Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 1993.
