Dennis b. condon  Associate

Mr. Condon concentrates his practice in the areas of employment law, professional liability defense, and insurance coverage and defense. He has litigated and resolved numerous matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including all types of alleged discriminatory practices, tort and contract matters.

Mr. Condon represents insurance clients nationwide in professional liability, employment practices liability and fidelity bond coverages, both in negotiating resolution of complex coverage issues as well as coverage litigation. He also advises clients both on employment issues and insurance issues.

Education:
Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University, Chicago, Illinois (1977)
J.D. degree, with High Honors, from The Illinois Institute of Technology/ Chicago-Kent School of Law (1991), where he was Notes & Comments Editor for the Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif

Bar Admissions:
Admitted to the Illinois Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 1991. Also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
